Anyone that knew me before I met Drake, wouldn't have described me as a hunter! I was lucky enough to get my first bow as a wedding gift from my inlaws. If I didn't start hunting, chances are I would hardly see my husband! Drake takes me with him for every hunting season, and I LOVE IT! Who would have guessed? We hunt bears in June, and here are the results! I shot my first one ever on June 17th. Drake and his brother Brock shot theirs on June 19th. The dog in the pictures is Drake's rat terrior named Doc! They have had him for around 10 years, and he is kind of like a son to Drake. The Camo seats in the background

he camper we just remodeled. It's an old one of his grandparents that we bought. We repainted everything, decked it out in camo and diamond plate. We love it. Even though it's been rainy, we are having a fun June. We just had our two year anniversary on the 12th, and it has been the best two years of my life.

So I know everyone has huge parties for the Superbowl with friends and family, but we do things a little different. This is our third private Superbowl party! We make enough food for an army, and enjoy all of it between the two of us. We are definitely homebodies and I love it!
My parents were babysitting Avery's little girl, Avah over Christmas break, so we decided to have her sleepover one night. She is so much fun! Little kids always like Drake the best, and she just wanted to play with him. Usually babysitting leaves you wanting to wait to have one of your own, but with her it does the opposite. She is adorable!
